The ADuCRF101 is an integrated ARM Cortex-M3 with low power Sub-GHz RF transceiver. The primary modulation supported by this is 2FSK, and also supports other GFSK modulations. Please refer to the following user guide, where you can see info on how to set the desired modulation format using configuration settings..
