I can't find the Flash Programmer tool after downloading and installing the ADRadioNet software. It is mentioned in the document to download this tool from the link provided.     The flash programmer tool is a free tool provided by Renesas for evaluation purposes only, and every user has to abide by the licensing terms stipulated by the organization. So, it is not added as part of the "tools" for ADRadioNet evaluation. 
    
 

    
 
    Please note, for commercial end products, a separate license agreement has to be executed. In either case, there is no technical support offered from the vendor. It is recommended as an option for the user to flash the devices without using an IDE.
