In a single 6LoWPAN WSN network, can the devices operate in different channels?

Is there any channel hopping concept in AD6LoWPAN?

AD6LoWPAN uses the IEEE 802.15.4 2006 MAC and operates in a single channel. This means all the devices in the network operate in the same channel.

Users have the option to configure or change the operating channel of a network using the ADWSN-UI-Tool. The channel hopping facility is not supported in AD6LoWPAN.
