Discrepancies in Rx BW and Sampling Rate in IIO vs Talise Configuration Wizard

Hi,

I set up the Rx BW to 20 MHz and Sampling Rate to 50MHz in Talise Configuration Wizard like this:

 

Then I import the config file to IIO but the BW is 100MHz and sampling rate is 122.88 MSPS:

Would appreciate if anyone give me any idea to set up IIO correctly.

  • The profile is likely not loading correctly. Once it loads the rates will be reflected in IIO-Scope. I can even see <error> in your screen shots, so it didn't load correctly.

    With such a low sample rate you may also have to modify the JESD rates: https://ez.analog.com/wide-band-rf-transceivers/design-support-adrv9008-1-adrv9008-2-adrv9009/f/q-a/109020/adrv9009-tx-sample-rate/324967#324967

    I don't think it is the BW problem.  I regenerated a profile, BW 100MHz, very similar to an example in IIO but, still, error pops up when loading to IIO.  I have attached both my profile and the example profile for your analysis.  The only difference are in the device clock and the number of terms in the FIR filter.  I am wondering what is missed.  Here is the setting in the Profile Configuration Wizard.
