ADRV9002 TES crash 0.20

Hi AD experts,

I have an issue when I Press "Program" in TES. The green progress indicator goes almost to the right.
Unfortunately, the TES window (program) suddenly disappears. I can't find any hint in the LOG file.

Connect is ok, Shutdown in FIle menu works allsow 

LEDs are also ok. As described in  TES Connection Issues
