ADRV9001 TES Force Update Boot Corrupts ZCU102 SDHC

Support,

While attempting to diagnose a CMOS lane rate issue, I elected to update the SDHC Platform and Boot files using TES v0.18.1 on a ZCU102 image.  The File -> Force Update Platform appeared to work correctly.  However, repeated attempts at "Force Update Boot" resulted in data corruption on the SDHC that required re-imaging to correct.

TES error message indicates a potential name mismatch;

  • Hello ChuckS,

  • Hello ChuckS,

    After reviewing with the SW team, we cannot seem to replicate this issue. For the moment all we can assume is that it's something specific to your setup, perhaps a faulty SD card, or an issue with the laptop? It's rather difficult to say, this SW has certainly seen plenty of problems surrounding SD card images, but we cannot seem to track this issue down at all.

    Apologies for the lack of a resolution. We thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

    Best Regards,
    Oisín.
