I have just ADRV9371-w/PCBZ cards from analog devices and FPGAs zc 706 from Xilinx.My first step is to use my cumputer to control one ADRV9371 card conected and FPGA to transmit something.I use Wide Tuninig Range AD9371 Eval Brd Tranceiver Evaluation Software.
I capture signal through receiver channel Rx1 and Rx2, but data is saving equally.
Can someone help me?

The Rx1 & Rx2 seem to be configured with the same parameters [frequency & other stuff].
It is normal to get the same data on both.

Both Rx paths are driven by the same clocks and will be phase aligned so data will be very similar, assuming the data sources to these receivers are correlated.
When saving data, only the data is saved RX1 channel, RX2 data are not recorded, instead written to the data Rx1.
I think this was a bug that got fixed. Vinod or srimoyi have you seen this?
From the screenshot you had shared, I could see you are able to save data for RX1 and RX2.
If you are feeding the same signal to both the Rx then chances are there to get the same data.
Can you try feeding two different signals and try capturing?
