AD9082 TMU_REFP connected to AVDD2 instead of DVDD1P8 on the EVM

Hello.


The AD9082-FMCA-EBZ evaluation board connects TMU_REFP to AVDD2 even though the AD9082 datasheet states that this pin should be connected to DVDD1P8:

From the AD9082 datasheet:

Some questions:

  • Should TMU_REFP be connected to DVDD1P8 or AVDD2?
  • What is the current requirement for TMU_REFP?
  • Also, why does the AD9082-FMCA-EBZ evaluation board run DVDD1P8 at 2V instead of 1.8V?

    Hello,

    The TMU_REFP (G10) should be connected to the same supply for the TMU itself (G10).   While the datasheet states both pins should be connected to 1.8 V digital I/O supply..................both pins could also be connected to the AVDD2 supply as is case in FMCA eval board.
