The AD9361 datasheet specifies that the signal level for an external oscillator is 1.3 Vpp. The document "AD9361 Reference Clock Requirements" states that signal level is 1.3 Vpp maximum and that lower swings will limit performance.
Is the 1.3 Vpp a typical value or a maximum value?
Most TCXOs output 0.8 Vpp as a minimum.
Has anyone used an external TCXO with the AD9361? Any issues with the drive level?
