There is some noise,and the BER raisedDoes anyone know how it happened?

You will always have some reduced EVM when going out to the analog world. The transceiver has electrical noise, non-linearities, and filtering which affect your signal. With a properly tuned recovery algorithm and AGC you should be able to get ~1-2% EVM. However, these are up to the user and their waveforms.
