Pin details for External LO in - AD9361

The link explains about the External Reference Clock for DCXO. We want to provide External Local Oscillator (LO) frequency directly to RX-1 i.e. in our case it is 70 MHz. How it can be done? I fed BPSK signal centered at 70 MHz frequency with 40 Kbps at input level -50 dBm. The AGC gain applied  is 60 dB.

When the IQ data streamed in directly to the IIO scope the constellation is looks like:

The IQ data is not stable and it is scattered on a single axis.

I feel there may be the internal LO offset error which may be creating such issue. Can anybody tells seeing the IQ data the issue associated with it?  or any internal calibration is required?

There is no option to feed external LO for ADRV9361-Z7035 hardware as it was grounded in the schematic.

Regarding the constellation diagram shown above do you guess due to what may be the issue? The constellation points are not properly in the scope.
