Product Number: AD9364
Hi,
We are using AD9364 in our Board with Zynq 7045 SOC.
When we try to read the product ID from AD9364, we are not getting any response back from AD9364.
All the voltages 1.3V, 1.8V (Interface) and 3.3V (GPO) are available and Reset is high.
But we are not seeing any voltage across RBIAS.
Attached the schematic and SPI logic analyzer capture FYR.
Please let us know if there any thing we can check to make sure that the AD9364 is alive.
Also pls suggest if any other debug points we can check
