DCXO course and fine tune word

My specific question is that for this stability of ref clock what should be values?

Since you are using a TCXO and the stability is good, so no need of changing the DCXO coarse tune value.

Tuning of the coarse and fine tune words are only required if you are using a DCXO.

U mean if i am using TCXO then if i set any value it will not changing anything.
