Hi EZ,

About radiation test, only [Total ionizing dose (TID) testing done to 30 krads with 50% overstress and biased annealing at 100°C for 168 hours.] in datasheet.

How about single event effect (SEE, SEFI, SEL ) data?

The application is comms LEO.

The ref. link seems to be about AD9361.

What I like to know further is AD9361S.

The space version of AD9361.

Single Event Effects data is not openly available on the AD9361S. It can be purchased at an additional cost as is detailed in the Commercial Space Products brochure available in the below link:
