How to calculate the response time of Fast AGC mode from the clkRF beign used. I am using a clkRF of 96MHz. How signal dynamics would this combination of Fast AGC and 96MHz of clkRF support.?

The counters in AGC are clocked at the clkRF rate. You can take each counters for which the AGC waits in each of the states and then calculate the time depending on how many clkRF cycles the counter waits for. Higher the frequency, faster will be the AGC settling time.
Also, you can test the fast AGC settling time by switching between two input levels and then checking the time it takes for the output to settle down using spectrum analyzer.
