For the case of 2CC support using ADRV9025, I have a question....

Can the first CC be at 100 MHz and the 2nd CC at a different bandwidth?

In other words, can 100+60 or 100+80 or 100+ 40 MHz cases be supported using ADRV9025?

Yes, that should not be a problem as long as the carriers are falling in the configured Use case profile bandwidth.
