how to figure out the "TxAttenTable.csv" in ADRV9029 Released Software SW5.1.0.27 ?

2. Tx Atten Multi

How to figure out to the paramenters ? 

B. Is the Tx table ONLY used for Tx attenuation table linearization calibration ?

    The default Tx Gain Table provided as part of SW Package has 0.05 dB resolution for each index. Means customer can  control the Tx attenuation with the resolution of 0.05 dB minimum.

    Unlike Rx (Where we use Gain Index value to set or get Rx Gain), the Tx gain/attenuation settings can be configured mdB value.

     The adi_adrv9025_TxAttenSet  API takes the user input in mdB and coverts that it to respective gain index and sets it for the user. Same way for reading the current Tx attenuation value, the adi_adrv9025_TxAttenGet  API reads the current gain index value from  theTx Gain Table and converts it to the Tx attenuation value in mdB and returns back to the user.

    B. Is the Tx table ONLY used for Tx attenuation table linearization calibration ? 

    The Tx gain table is used to tune the Tx attenuation for executing the Tx Attenuation Phase Initial Calibration.

    By the way, since the lasted Tx table has 959 rows, does it mean that the adrv9025 could support 0~47.95 dB Tx attenuation ? or 0~41.95 dB as the UG-1727 metioned ?

     It is 0~41.95 dB as the UG-1727 metioned.

    Also please note we dont recommend users to apply attenuation higher than 10 dB as it degrades the LoL level adversely.
