ADRV9025 initcal error related questions

I created the initdata.c file by selecting usecase51_NLS in the ADRV9025 GUI.
During operation, an error occurs in the initcal, but even if the external VSWR is improved, the initcal does not operate normally.

The above error message is the content tested by setting the calMask bit to 1.
Table71 of the UG1727 document lists the calMask bit.
The part where the error occurs is D12: TX QEC, D0: TX BB Filter, D18: ORX QEC.
If the calmask bit of the part where the error occurs is set to 0 and executed, initcal is executed.
In this case, the PLL lock is also normal, and the signal level is abnormal because the initcal is not normally performed when loopback to RX->TX, but the signal output is in a state.

Please advise me which part is the problem with the above error.
