In the Rx signal chain that features an attenuator and mixer in front of the TIA, what is the max input (power or however spec'd) that the TIA can handle before saturation?
As mentioned in the Datasheet of ADRV9009, the typical Max input power is ~ -11 dBm.
If you are looking for out of band blockers we recommend measuring the same on ADRV9009-EVB. In actaul system, the out-of-band signals are filtered with the help of Front End filter.
Please note that absolute maximum rating is 23 dBm peak for RF ports.
