In NCO mode, 9008-2 TX output signal power, can I use the TALISE_setTxAttenuation() API to set the signal power?
for example:9008-2 TX output is (2Ghz LO + 10M NCO tone) frequency, 0db power signal, in NCO modeI can call TAilse_API:
uint16_t setTxAttenuation_mdB=1000;TALISE_setTxAttenuation( &talDevice,TAL_TX2,setTxAttenuation_mdB);talAction = TALISE_setRxTxEnable(&talDevice, TAL_RXOFF_EN, TAL_TX1TX2);
Then get a signal about 2.01Ghz fequency -10db power,。is this method OK?
Yes. The way you are setting the attenuation is correct and with increasing attenuation you will see a decrease in NCO tone output power.
NO, the Nco tone power is not change。
The way I am setting the attenuation is correct with IQ data.
Maybe NCO mode is not supported, I guess.
Could you please confirm the NCO mode ？
Are you not getting the appropriate tone at output using NCO? Hope you are setting the TX NCO using the API: TALISE_enableTxNco.
YES，I am using TALISE_enableTxNco API ,. NCO tone is perfect.
but TALISE_setTxAttenuation( &talDevice,TAL_TX2,setTxAttenuation_mdB); API not work.
