ERROR: 40: TALISE_gpIntHandler(): DeframerA reports error

Hello, 

Upon initialization of my custom FHM script I'm seeing the following error:

[ 3022.531536] adrv9009 spi1.1: adrv9009_sysref_req: failed (-19)
[ 3022.539154] adrv9009 spi1.1: adrv9009_sysref_req: failed (-19)
[ 3022.551793] adrv9009 spi1.1: adrv9009_sysref_req: failed (-19)

I'm aware that the adrv9009_sysref_req: failed (-19) is realted to the mapping of sys-ref_gpios. 

I can't find reference to the error 40. I know errno -40 is related to too many symbolic links and I'm unsure if these are related.
Can you assist in further debugging?
