Multi sysnc function for 9009

Hi, 

 I am going to try to route out a new PCB with multiple 9009 to achieve the multisync function. Would like to check if I am doing it correctly. 

1.I am gong to use 1 AD9528 to drive the multiple 9009. (make use of the 14 output ports( out0 to out13) of the AD9528 to feed to the (E7, E8) and( k3 and k4) pins of the multiple 9009.  Meaning that each AD9528 can be used to drive 7 pieces of 9009? Is that correct? Is this sufficient to achieve the multisync function for multiple 9009. 

2. Do I need to make use of pin70 and pin 71 of the AD9528 ? It seems to me in the evaluation, they are currently not used.

    Yes you can do that. But you need to consider giving dev_Clk and  sysref to FPGA too for MCS. So in that case, you will have to take into account an extra AD9528 to provide those signals. Refer below diagram and you need to connect similarly:

    Yes. In eval board, we are generating sysref from AD9528 internally,ie, we are using SYSREF mode3. Refer to AD9528 datasheet for other modes of operation in which you can use external SYSREF.
