We would like to use AD9375 eval board with 10 MHz reference clock. We generated a profile using the matlab wizard and loaded this custom profile successfully (external VCXO to 100 MHz, reference clock to 10 MHz, device clock to 80 MHz) however, when we try to program the TES, synchronization problem appeared. Please see the below screenshots.
p.s. we also tried to generate various device clocks like 125 MHz, 160 MHz and 250 MHz.
When we try to program a profile with device clock of 125 or its multiplications, the problem can be seen in figure 1,2,3.
When we try to program a profile with device clock of 80 or its multiplications, the problem can be seen in figure 5,6.
It is not possible to generate a device clock of 80 MHz with a VCXO frequency of 100 MHz and reference frequency of 10 MHz.
Refer to page 299 of UG 992 to know about the device clocks that can be generated with a VCXO frequency of 122.88 MHz. Device clock of 125 MHz is only possible if the VCXO frequency is 125 MHz.

Evaluation board has a 122.88MHz VCXO. Hence you may not be able to configure 125MHz or 250MHz. Please refer below link for more details on how to modify the evaluation board for your requirement. This information is also available in User Guide - UG-992
