I would like to know the return loss data of AD9375-W Evaluation board(with matching over 300MHz to 6GHz) ? I could not find the data in UG-992 or DS.

I am trying to design my front end with the S-parameter from below link,

My assumption is, The s-parameter data contains the Impedance data of AD9375 measured at BGA balls,they do not exhibit the Return loss characteristic done by the matching circuit of AD9375-W evaluation board. is it right?
I need the return loss data with the wide band matching done as per AD9375-W SCH.
also, In AD9375-W SCH, You have used 43nH LQW18AN43NJ00D for TX output biasing which has a SRF of 2.7GHz. Is it ok to use Inductor with less SRF than output frequency(6GHz)?

Yes, correct.
You can consider a return loss of better than 10dB for all frequencies on our Wideband EVB.
