VSWR calibration for DPD

The UG-992 document states that a VSWR calibration "must be executed before the other external initialization calibrations, such as the LOL, DPD, and CLGC calibrations". Our PA does not offer forward and reverse power outputs, so we cannot perform a VSWR calibration. For this situation, what is the recommended method of running DPD if the necessary signals are not available for performing a VSWR calibration? Would we still perform a VSWR calibration knowing that it will not be valid?

Also, is the external LOL calibration necessary for DPD?

Thanks for any input you can offer!

VSW calibration is not a requirement for DPD. You can remove VSWR from Cal mask and do not run VSWR cal. This will not impact DPD.

External LOL calibration uses the same feedback loop as DPD , So for better performance you can run external LOL cal . If LOL performance is very bad it can impact DPD.
