Hi,
I need to time stamp the data received from ADRV9009 using GPS.
Would you please advise any solution for this problem?
Thanks
I guess this needs to be implemented on your FPGA. This cannot be done inside transceiver.
You can post any queries related to transceivers in this forum.
Thanks for your reply,
Actually, I thought there may be a known structure for this purpose.
Also, I was thinking other than FPGA part, LO should be also locked to GPS PPS, otherwise only FPGA part may not help.
If anybody else has some ideas please share.

Thanks for your reply.
What I understand is that if I generates a GPS synchronized 30.72Mhz and use it as the ref clock, ADRV9009 will be synchronized to the GPS. And the time can be read in the digital side as well.
Please let me know if this is right?

Yes, this will provide you the frequency synchronization with GPS clock.

You will not be able to decode time information unless your baseband supports any such feature.
Please note that ADRV9009 is a direct conversion transceiver that does RF to bits and bits RF conversion. It doesn't support any modulation or demodulation capabilities.
