I use ad9371 to transmit NR waveform,but find a big dc tone which cause worse evm around DC while transmitting DL data,
I use ad9371 linux driver provided from adi:
The initial cal mask like:

How can I reduce the dc effect ?

Make sure that you enabling the LOL tracking cal. Also enable external TX LOL calibration by looping back Tx output to ORX input. refer to the "External Tx LO Leakage Initial Calibration" section in UG.
