Now, In my projects,the communciation transmition data rate is 65.625Mbps, I have to do rasied cosine filter with 4 times interploation , so the data rate become 65.625 x 4 = 262.5mbps。on transimtion side , there is no problem:
but on the receiver side, I found that the receive ADC sample rate not succeed 200Msps, our device clock is 122.88Mhz, so the max data rate is 153.6MSPS.
in receiver side ,I want to get 262.5msps data and do the 4 times decimation with match filter in order to get the optimal sample time. how to get 262.5msps data rate in receiver?
What is your use case? What is the bandwidth of your signal?
Please use the filter wizard tool for creating a custom filter. On the receive side, 200 MSPS is the max sample rate.
My use case is: ADV9371 EVB + ZC706 EVB loopback , AD9371 TX connected to RX directly with RF cable. bandwidth is 100MHZ.
your said the 200msps is max sample rate, could I bypassed the PFIR and its 2 time decimate in filter wizard?
You have to use the filter wizard for generating custom profiles. Depending on the sampling rate and bandwidth, the decimation rates will be set by the filter wizard and the profile will be created. It is advisav]ble to modify the profile parameters(like PFIR decimation in your case) and then load it into the GUI.
OK，we setup with 40MHZ device clock and get the 200msps rx data rate. but another problem is. when we setup 100MHZ BW and 200msps in TX side , the transmiter BW is only 66MHZ, couldn't reach 100MHZ.
when I change the tx data rate to 122.88MSPS, then，the tx BW reached 100MHZ. why the tx data rate influenced BW？
