Can you please explain in more detail how TSN will enable this IT/OT convergence?

The features that are shown in this podcast for TSN will be at some point adopted as it makes sense by each of those protocol specifications. As they are adopted and interoperate, Analog Devices will have products to support those features as applicable for a given protocol.
