For optimal high frequency response, are there app notes on how to mount on PCB and mechanically couple to the mounting?

In general we recommend mounting the Surface mount package near a PCB mounting point (screw hole, stand off) to avoid a 'trampolene' effect of the PCB. Some of our customer embed the sensor in epoxy also for mechanical rigidity. 
 Here are some comments from one of our dynamicists regarding testing: 
 "we bolt the Shaker Board to an interface fixture using a 90mil thick PCB. That fixture is bolted (using 4 point attachment method) directly to the shaker armature and gives us adequate coupling...")
