For optimal high frequency response, are there app notes on how to mount on PCB and mechanically couple to the mounting?
In general we recommend mounting the Surface mount package near a PCB mounting point (screw hole, stand off) to avoid a 'trampolene' effect of the PCB. Some of our customer embed the sensor in epoxy also for mechanical rigidity.
