i'am looking for a 16bits DAC microcontroler compatible with a spi or i2c interface

Question

I'm making a stall generator using a D/A Converter and a pic microcontroller. i need a DAC wich uses a 10v reference, and it's output is a voltage rate of (0 to 5v, or 0 to 10v ) 
 i went the portfolio my self but i got lost in all those choices, and the ones i found good for my application didn't use a 10v reference or a had a SOIC package and not PDIP.

Hi, 
 Can you explain more what a stall generator is doing? 
 If you only want to generate an output ranges of 0V-5V and 0V-10V, then you can just use AD5683R which can output 0-2.5V and 0-5V (for a reference of 2.5V), then just an amplifier at the output with a gain of 2.
