Quad op amps are essentially no different from single or dual op amps -- they are simply multiple devices in a single package. We provide single/dual/quad versions of the same circuit type, and they all have essentially the same characteristics, including noise. When using these, you need to be careful to have good power supply decoupling and careful wiring layout to be sure that transient events in one of the op amps are not picked in another one in the package.
