What are the constraints of using ADM2795E in non-galvanic isolations? What are the additional protections required that you can suggest?

 The ADM2795E integrates an RS-485 transceiver, robust IEC 61000 EMC circuit, and digital isolation. 
 We also have the non-isolated ADM3095E. This integrates the same IEC 61000 EMC robustness as the ADM2795E, without the digital isolation.
