The life cycle status of the product family is given at the top of the product page. This is shown as pre-release, recommended for new designs, production, not recommended for new designs, last-time-buy, or obsolete. The status of the individual models of the family is shown in the purchase table at the bottom of the product page.
For the great majority of products, the 'Z' code at the end of the part number indicates full compliance with RoHS. If the Z is not present, you can click on '(part number) Material Declaration' on the web product page. The table that comes up will indicate RoHS compliance for each model.
