In most cases, the charts of typical performance curves are created during the characterization of the product prior to release. It would be a rare situation that we would do something that would lead to changing any of these charts. If a change in the chip is needed, specifications often change, which leads to a PCN. Any TPCs related to that spec may also be looked at, but only the specification change is likely to be called out in the PCN. However, the datasheet will also be changed at the same time and given a new revision code. The revision history of the datasheet will then show the specification change as well as any changes in the TPCs.)
