Are the hot solder dipped leads have the solder applied after packaging? Or, is the lead frame hot solder dipped prior to packaging. This may be different between plastic and ceramic packages.

 For ceramic devices the Hot Solder Dip lead finish is applied at the end of the manufacturing process. Hot Solder Dip lead finish is applied to the devices following the assembly and screening inspections.
