Reset Angle to zero

Question

I want to use the ADMT4000 and I'm looking for a software reset of the current position (any between 0 - 360deg) to zero (nulling). Is there a function I can use without resetting the whole device. Applying an external field is not possible. 
 Actually I do not need the MT count turn.

There is no function to reset the part to zero degrees. The magnetic reset is required to ensure the state of the GMR spiral. If exposed to a magnetic field greater than Bmax, a corruption may occur in the GMR spiral, this can be corrected by applying an external magnetic field or overturning the part more than 46 turns.
