Product Number: HMC920
I'm working with LNA which has Vds=1 to 1.5V, Vgs=1.69 to 1.76V and Ids=13mA to 45mA. these are at 23C and -269C. I looked through HMC920 and it can do minimum of 3V out to power LNA's drain. Is it possible to drop it down further to 1V? may be by means of resistor divider or something else?
