I noticed an external Tx high-power drive booster amplifier in your block diagram.  How can you accurately measure the power that you are delivering to your device?

We have an external directional coupler that's generally positioned really close to the reference plane of your antenna.  In this case, we are able to measure the reference power and also we can measure the reflected power.  This allows us to do match corrected power at the interface to your device, so you know the accurate power that you are delivering to your device.
