These digitizer ICs have a feature called Multi-Chip Synchronization, which is composed of two subfeatures: 1. One-shot sync, to provide deterministic phase of the baseband data, and 2. NCO master-slave sync to provide a deterministic relationship of all the NCOs across the various chips)
