Here is the ADS schematic that creates an Amplifier2 model using Sys-Parameter data and S-Parameters. The file is double zipped. Also attached is a youtube video from Keysight which describes the process.
If you do not have access to Genesys and SystemVue, you can access the OIP3, OP1dB and Noise Figure data from ADIsimRF. You can load an amplifier device model in ADIsimRF, then perform a frequency sweep and export the data to Excel.
