I am interested to have some of the RF amplifiers or evaluation boards for educational purposes with students in a Master degree.

Hi Indy, 
 the link below lists the student hardware kits that we offer. Unfortunately, none of these kits currently contain RF amplifiers. The most RF focused item is ADALM1000.
