For a noisy bus, one of the bus buffers with high Vil specification would be best suited. The LTC4313 with a Vil of 0.3 * VCC (supply voltage) is one option. Port 1 of the LTC4330 would be another option with its fixed Vil threshold typical of 0.88V.
