Has A2B been implemented in any airplanes, helicopters, drones or other aircraft? It seems like a natural fit since the same advantages of weight savings, cost and number of wires are even more critical there.

I am not aware of anything as of the moment, but you are spot on is your assertion that it seems like a natural fit. The transport application space is the most natural adjacent market to the automotive space that the A2B technology has already had great success in!
A2B is being implemented in tour planes/helicopters to route multi-lingual vocal streams to each passenger. i.e. each passenger can pick which language they want to listen to as they tour a glacier or watch the great wildebeest migration...
This results in significant weight/cost savings vs individual cable routes to each passenger.
