What will be the Physical connectivity between C2B Tx to C2B Rx?

The C2B video data and bi-directional control channel run over a single twisted pair (two wire) link. In some applications power will be provided from the Rx side of the link and this would require and additional two wires (Power and Ground). The link runs up to maxim link clock speed of 150MHz.
