Functional Safety. Two words that instil fear in a design engineer. It generally means interpreting complex standards, confusing terminology and seemingly endless calculations to develop a product robust enough to be presented to, and approved by, a certification body such as TÜV or Exida. Analog Devices is pioneering the way in simplifying this design journey by bringing to market the world’s first Functional Safety certified DAC, the ADFS5758. This webinar will look at the complexity and challenges of designing a traditional functionally safe analog output module.
