Qui Luu received her B.S.E.E degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA, USA, in 2000. In 2005 she received her M.S.E.E from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA. Since 2000, she has been with Analog Devics, Inc., where she is currently a system engineer/IC architect in the Aerospace and Defense organization located in Chelmsford, MA. Her focus area as of recent has been on beamforming ICs and system development from the antenna to bits for electronically steerable phased arrays.
Mike Ballou is an Applications Development Scientist in Keysight’s Aerospace and Defense Industry group, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Mike has been working in test and measurement for 22yrs developing solutions for antenna testing and material measurements using Vector Network Analyzers. Before joining Keysight in 2000, Mike developed microwave materials and test solutions for the Aircraft industry.
