Besides how is accuracy changes under sun light? I mean can we apply this to count number of people in bus?

The ADSW4000 algorithm is specifically designed for coutning people in indoor spaces and more in general where light conditions are somehow controlled: this is to avoid over-exposure of the sensor that would affect operability of the algorithm in extreme conditions. Counting people in a bus, plane, etc. present a different problem, which comes from people mostly being hidden behind seats and not being clearly visible from the sensor, in particular with low ceilings in buses and planes.
