SMD code need

Hi ,i have found one smd component from dlp projectors main board it has 6pins bit bigger than SOT363 pack , it is marked on it as TG2, i have no schematic / service manual for this projector, please help me to find the part number & data sheet for the component. It is deadly short with 3pins when I checked with multimeter.100% it is defective. I have attached the picture also it is U22 .Please help.

Hello DineshAV,
We don't have a part with a “TG2” top mark. We do have a part that has a top mark of LTG2 – this is our LT3464, however it is in a 8 lead SOT23 – not a 6 lead SOT23 as shown in this picture.

Thank You for mail support, i have just found the smd marking "TG2" , it is Texas Instrument Manufacturer ti part number is SN74AUP1T57, just process the order for purchase from www.rs-components.in.
